‘Together’ maamoul

Through their combined expertise, chef Yasmina Hayek and Roula Salamoun develop “Together”; a set of Maamouls reminiscent of those from the heart of Lebanon. Meticulously molded into four distinct forms using a hand-carved wooden mold, the set engages in a dialogue between four complimentary formations that stand independently, but also as a whole. Their matcha and beetroot flavors add a delightful twist and color to the traditional butter semolina recipe.
